In fact, most buyers today GIVE THEIR AGENT the list of homes they want to see and many sellers obtain comprehensive valuations of their home's market value automatically right online while still in their pajamas.

So why are agents still charging their 1970's era 6% commissions?

...Well I'm changing all of that with two listing services!

When it comes to selling your home I know that one size DOES NOT fit all so I offer both my EZ 1-2-3 LIST full service plan and my Savvy Seller plan to meet your specific needs.            

OUR EASY AS 1 - 2 - 3 PLAN

  1. Only a 2% base commission for my FULL Service Listing.*
  2. Add 1% when I find the buyer for a total of only 3% commission.
  3. Or, add  2% when a Buyer's Agent finds the buyer for a total of only 4% commission.

THE SAVVY SELLER PLAN

Many homeowners are comfortable showing and negotiating the sale of their home but know the marketing power of listing their home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Additionally, they want a little guidence and advice when selling their home. This is where our Savvy Seller plan fits perfectly and saves the homeowner thousands of dollars.

For a flat $2,500 we will give you advice on presenting and listing your home, provide you professional photography, list your home on the MLS and guide you through the closing process. Buyers will be directed to contact you directly to see your home. All you will have to do is show the buyer your home and settle on a price. Imagine selling your home for only $2,500!

Of course, MLS regulations require you to offer compensation to any Buyer Agent that brings you an acceptable offer. We recommend 2% as a minimum. But even at 2% you will save thousands of dollars. Consider the savings on the sale of a $500,000 home. Most brokers today charge a minimum of 5%. That's $25,000 in commission. With our Savvy Seller plan you would only pay our $2,500 fee and the buyer agent their 2% which is $10,000 for a total of only $12,500. That's a savings of $12,500!
